- R. Eric France:  I have been bringing my Hondas to Kuni for recall and other Dealer services for over 10 years and I have always been treated fairly. When it came time to replace my 2003 Civic Hybrid with a larger, newer used sedan, I came to Kuni to test drive my top 4 choices. Since one of my criteria was a manual transmission, we didn't find any on the lot that day. However, Lauren took down my criteria and said she'd keep an eye out even though the 4 vehicles I was interested in rarely sold with manual transmissions these days. Throughout my visit, she mentioned the various ways that Kuni differentiated itself from other dealers. As luck would have it, the next morning Lauren heard a coworker mention a 2012 Accord with a manual transmission had just arrived on the lot. She called me, let me know about the car, and I hustled down for a test drive. Even though it was fresh off the street, it was obvious it was in Great condition, well cared for, and offered at a reasonable price. During my entire experience, I never felt pressured and was provided all the information I asked for to make the right decision for me. I would recommend Lauren and Kuni for anyone looking to buy a used car.

- Mary Denzer: We were looking to switch out of a problem Jeep that did not fit our lifestyle. After some searching, we went to Kuni to look at a Nissan they had available, ready to buy if it made sense. We have had some bad car buying experiences with dealers and I was a little wary of car salesmen and the unseen problems that can come with used cars. Like I mentioned above, we felt stuck in a Jeep that we found out wasn't the right car for us and came with a lot of problems, of which we were unaware when purchasing it. Our experience with Kurt W at Kuni was totally the opposite of what I expected and was used to! They were honest, worked on the trade that we thought would be worth more, and even dropped the price of the Nissan without even being asked to make sure we got a fair deal on a quality car that works for our lifestyle. The process was the quickest I have ever experienced and Kurt was fair, honest, and helpful through the entire process. He answered all our questions, addressed all of our concerns and walked us through the entire process in a way that left us totally comfortable and so excited driving away. I would not hesitate return to Kuni and Kurt W. anytime I need a new or used vehicle, and would recommend this dealer to anyone! As a woman that doesn't trust car dealers due to previous poor customer service and old school sales tricks, that is a really big deal. Thanks Kurt so much for making the process easy and comfortable! We love our new car!

I liked that we could pull into the parking lot and look around; no one hounding you the second you pulled up! We were able to find the right car for our growing family in our price. The finance guy was great as well! Very personable and helpful.

- Patricia Jensen: Our guy Brandon was great. The experience was easily the best so far at Kuni. Brandon needs a raise and a promotion. My last experience this past February made me so upset I almost didn't come back. The day after I bought my CR-V an email came out saying Kuni was running free tinting and coating for the car to prevent scratches. I told this guy Kyle? that I just paid for the tinting could I come in and get the coating free. He said no and he said that his manager said I could get it at cost. I said Target and Nordstrom would honor something like this. He said Kuni doesn't. I think he just needed his commission to be big to make up for a lack size elsewhere. So my wife needs a new vehicle and I said she should get a Toyota as I didn't want to come back to Kuni. My wife said she wanted to see the new Pilot so we came back to Kuni one night and Kuni was PACKED. It took forever to see and test drive the Pilot, but we should have made an appointment to be fair. On that night Brandon comes over and talks to us. He was very nice and made us feel like he really wanted our business. He introduced us to Ryan in service. Ryan explained that we are in the computer and he would know exactly what was needed when we come in for service (this came up as I came in 2x for and A & B oil service when I had a Civic and the B service guy wanted to charge me for stuff that was listed as the free for life). My wife and I went home and she decided she wanted the Pilot so we contacted Brandon and when we came into the office everything went smoothly. He had previously communicated with us through texts and phone calls to make sure everything went well. He met us, we signed some paperwork, a new finance guy met with us and he was WAY better than previous loser. I told Brandon and this new finance guy about my previous experience and they said "small unit man" was no longer employed there. Another individual Justin Crum? came over and told us that if we ever had another problem, we should see him and he would take care of it. My wife said she enjoyed the experience as Brandon, Ryan and Justin reminded her of actors from Magic Mike. I would have preferred some female hotties, but hey it was my wife getting a vehicle. Brandon helped set my wife's phone up on the Pilots computer before we left. Thank goodness I had renamed her phone the day before to her first name and not the previous names of Hot Moma and Sexy Babe. That would have been a bit uncomfortable. Brandon also suggested a restaurant as we were leaving. His choice was a hit with us. I hope Brandon is still a sales guy when we buy another car and hasn't been promoted to CEO of Honda as his drive seems to be pretty big.

- Tara Johnson:  Our experience at Kuni Honda was great! Everyone was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. Kurt went above and beyond to make our purchase a good experience. He was patient with us and our slow decision making skills.

- Mark G. : I took my car in for a simple tire rotation and oil change.This was performed quickly.They gave me the  assessment and recommendations for additional service but that was standard stuff.I opted for a fuel system cleaning for $100.I was a little skeptical but I  have noticed a difference in pickup and power.Took a little time to perform but thats normal.Free car wash too.  All in all a pleasant experience and I'll be back.

- Stan H. : The service department is very attentive, friendly and competent staff, and in my experience don't push for unneeded repairs or maintenance.  In fact, I was going to have my oil changed and the oil usage indicative displayed that 40% usage remained, they could have gone along with my request but said to wait until the display got to 5 or 10%, very honest.  I waited for the vehicle and they were well within the time frame estimated to complete the job.  I would recommend this dealer for service.
