I am writing this note to tell you what a great experience I had purchasing a vehicle from your dealership on October 2nd, 2006. The sales person that helped me was Marilyn Rosenthal. What a neat lady! She explained all of the details of the vehicle, let me take it for a ride, asked numerous times if I had any questions or particular needs, gave me a no hassle deal and while I signed that paper work, she transferred the stuff from my old car to my new 2007 Honda CRV. She made me check to see that I had all of my stuff. Tears of happiness came to my eyes as I left.

I had no idea what I was looking for when I walked into the dealership yesterday. I'd just like to let you know that I am VERY HAPPY with my new car and to please thank Mike Lambert, Tony M and JC(?) for me. Mike was very patient with me and the guys made the process very quick and easy (well, quick minus the 4000 signatures I had to give). I never expected I'd be driving away in a new car yesterday as I had no clue what I was even looking for when I started.

I just wanted to send a letter to thank you and your staff for making my car buying experience such a joy. My wife and I had been viewing vehicles at other establishments for over 30 days. They were all the same. Walk in, get surrounded and pressured to make transactions immediately. Very stressful. This was not the case when I entered Burt-Kuni Honda. I was greeted then allowed to look at the cars on my own. I was offered refreshments (something no other businesses did) and given a tour of the entire area. We purchased our car and were driving home with out any regrets. Special thanks to Robert and Gary for listening to my needs.

I want to convey my totally positive experiences and satisfaction with your service department.

From the very informative customer orientation by the Service Manager after we purchased our 2006 Honda Odyssey, to a recent problem where I was at the dealership twice in a five day period, the professionalism and courtesy displayed by each service employee we dealt with was excellent. This includes the shuttle drivers. Especially helpful, was Jeff R. He went above and beyond in helping to assure our problem was fixed. His technical Knowledge, demeanor, and especially customer attitude, serve as a template for any service professional to emulate.

In another life I was the Service Director of a 40 bay Cadillac dealership in NYC, so speaking from both service Experience and a customer perspective, I compliment you for the high caliber of service you provide.

I wish to commend your service manager Chip Gullo and his service department.

Last week I was driving from central Kansas to Denver for the July 4th holiday when my 2006 Honda Civic developed a severe shimmy at speeds around 70 mph. I reduced speed to 60-65, the shimmy pretty well vanished, and made it in to Lone Tree to spend the holiday with my son.

The morning of July 5th, I called Burt-Kuni Honda, asked for the service department and Chip Gullo answered promptly. I told him of the problem.

Within the hour my Civic was in your service department. Chip had told me to ask for a fellow named “Bob”. I did, and he said “Oh yes, you’re the fellow from Kansas”. And he promptly checked in my Civic.

I came back about 90 minutes later. Bob was swamped with other customers but another service rep asked if he could help. I told him my name and the car, he pulled the file and promptly brought my Civic around.

No charge and the Civic runs smooth and true!

I am really impressed with your entire service department. It was very busy that day servicing many vehicles, but your service reps were constantly checking people in with no delay, and all done in a very pleasant manner.

I have 40 years experience with car dealers and service departments. None came close to the cordial, professional manner of Burt-Kuni Honda’s service department.

I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude for excellent service on my last visit. Timothy Orndorff exemplifies great customer service. In an age were the customer seems to be put last, Timothy went above and beyond what was expected in repairing my vehicle and arranging for a rental car.

Not only will i continue to bring my Honda Element back to Burt Kuni Honda for maintenance and repair, I will also keep your dealership in mind when purchasing my next vehicle, as will my entire extended family - thanks to Timothy Orndorff.

Yesterday I brought my 2006 CRV in for scheduled maintenance. I had such a pleasant and satisfying experience that I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and Dwaine Croft in particular for making it that way. Dwaine greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile at 6:30am when I stopped by to see if I could leave the CRV earlier than my "scheduled" appointment. He went out of his way to see that I got a courtesy ride 45 minutes before your scheduled shuttle service started. He called me several times during the day to let me know the progress on the CRV's service, and he made sure that i was scheduled for a pickup at the Light Rail station for a return ride to your facility that evening. You can't imagine my surprise to find Dwaine still there when I walked into the Service Department almost 11 hours after he had helped me that morning. Dwaine was extremely professional and Detailed in explaining the service performed on the car and what we needed to be aware of for future service. I don't know if that is a regular day for Dwaine, but that great smile and fantastic welcoming attitude were a major highlight of my day, on both ends (am and pm). So, thank you again and please express my thanks and appreciation to Dwaine.

This CRV is our first Honda and we have had it serviced at your facility since we bought the vehicle in May 2006. All of your service advisors have been very courteous and helpful to both my wife and I every time that we have had the vehicle in for service and we both appreciate that very much. Thank you again.
